Hi folks
Hello fellow sufferers of arthritis, I have erosive osteoarthritis in my hands and arthritis to some extent in most major joints, living with pain from arthritis, autoimmune disease and stomach related probles has forced me to stop working at the grand old age of 62. Going for steroid injections into a worn out shoulder and getting physio to help back pain caused by "moderate wear on L5/S1 and bulges on L3/4 and L4/5" as the medical profession describe it!
Nice to meet you all! 😊

Hello @wulgraham I am very pleased to meet you.
I see you have pretty widespread Erosive Osteoarthritis and have had to take early retirement because of this. I am sure you will find the community very supportive and can see you have plenty of experience yourself to bring to the table.
I don't want to teach my grandmother to suck eggs, but wonder if you might find these two links interesting while you are waiting for one of our members to come along:
Please don't think I am advocating you undertake a marathon anytime soon, but a lot of us here have found some simple exercises and stretches very helpful.
I look forward to seeing your posts in future
Best wishes
Ellen.
