Newbie
Hi, been in pretty bad pain for a good few months now but my physio at long last has decided I have osteoarthritis in my knees. So hi from me, hope I can learn lots from you all.

I see that your Physio had just confirmed to you that you have Osteoarthritis in your knees, following several months of pain.
Where you referred by your GP and if so, has he given you any advice? Here are some links to or website:

Thanks for the links, might take me a while to get through them all but I will try. We have a self referral system to physio services here, which is what I did, so no the doc didn’t refer me. With my symptoms I was pretty sure if I went to the doc he would have referred me to the physio anyway. So with GP time at a premium I decided to cut out the middle person to save him some precious time.
