I've been reading various posts - aren't there a lot of us, and seemingly little progress in treatments and/or pain relief. Covid has obviously complicated things for us all (GP only offering phone contact, local hospital unable to cope, etc., etc.).

I feel more optimistic now that I have joined this community, I should have found this site sooner.
