weight bearing for bone health with osteo knee pain?
Anyone have some good exercises specifically for bone weight loading with bad knees?
Need help!

I see that you are looking for exercises for your osteoarthritis of the knees, to help with bearing weight with less pain. Careful exercise can be really beneficial for people with arthritis as it naturally lubricates the joints and strengthens the muscles to take pressure off. Not sure what you mean by bone weight loading? My physio gave me an exercise where I am sitting lifting each leg straight in turn with something a bit heavy at the end of the leg.
