Hi! Is it snowing where you are?
Hey, I'm Tee! I'm new to the community, and yes it is snowing in my city today (after a beautiful 70-degree day yesterday lol). I'm living with arthritis in both knees and I stumbled on this community while searching for ways to prepare for a 5K. I'm hoping I can learn a lot here about how to safely strengthen my body to prepare to knock this 5K off my bucket list!

Welcome. Snowing here. They predicted a "light dusting in the morning." Five inches later, it's expected to snow well into the afternoon. Lol.

Tee, I am impressed that not only have you got a bucket list but you are also being proactive and ticking off achievements. Meanwhile you have arthritis in both knees and are preparing to run 5K. We are keen to encourage exercise to keep our joints as mobile and flexible as possible and with that in mind the community have a number of exercise programmes on You Tube that are fun to follow.
