Hi my name is Dawn and I am in my mid 50's with osteoarthritis of both knees and both hips. I've had partial knee replacement on both knees. I struggle with pain, Mobility and exercise. I look forward to both getting and giving support on this group

It's great to hear that you have come to the community wanting give and receive support. I'm sure you'll find plenty of support from the members and I know that your contribution to support others through your experiences will be most welcome.

I see that you're in your mid 50's and you have osteoarthritis in your knees and hips. You've had a partial knee replacement and you are struggling at the moment with pain, mobility and exercise.
