Welcome to the online community.
You're asking how you can help a three year old who has JIA. Sometimes it can be more challenging to support family members, especially children with arthritis, than to live with the condition yourself, so it's good to seek help and support from others who have experience, as many of our members do.
You have probably started researching JIA, and I would recommend taking a look at the Versus Arthritis page on the condition. It's a good start to find out about symptoms, treatments and other sources of help:
