Osteoarthritis in hips

Iv had pain started in my right thigh about 3 months ago then it moved to my left leg it got so painful that I couldn't move are take one step in front of the other couldn't walk had to sit down till it passed I went doctors who referred me for an xray I got my results back I have osteoarthritis in both hips but its worse in left im a domestic cleaner I work 30 hours a week I have pain in work is there any financial help I can get if I reduced my hours and any other help I can get thanks.
