Biologics - anyone taking abatacept?

Hi, I started taking Abatacept 3 weeks ago to treat my Rheumatoid and Psoriatic arthritis and am waiting for it to take effect. This is my 5th biologic so I am desperately hoping this one works this time. I have been on prednisolone to help me with the pain for the last 2 months but I have now stopped taking it as my consultant didn't want me on it long-term. The pain in my legs is unbearable at times and cocodamol isn't cutting it! Does anyone have any advice or experience of Abatacept? Thank you.
