Total Shoulder Replacement
Hi ๐ everyone
I have had Arthritis for many years in my shoulders, 6 yrs ago I got a right total shoulder replacement and I'm awaiting my left. My first was unsuccessful and I have very limited range, I have no choice but to get my left one done because of the pain, how are you guys coping with the pain and limited sleep.

Hello @Phyllis61 and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you will find that as well.
I understand that you have arthritis in your shoulders and have had one replaced not very successfully and are getting the other one done and looking at how to manage pain.
