Wrist
Hello
I have osteoarthritis just asking this as seems silly question but bothers me.
I work in office and everything I use a stapler I get pain in my wrist as I press the stapler together.
Can anyone advise is this connected?

It's not a silly question but this might be a silly answer as I've no idea if an office stapler differst from the bogstandard home one that I use. I just leave it on the desk, shove in the papers then bang my fist down on top.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hello @jcb1
Nice to meet you.
It's a shame if your wrist doesn't hurt at other times if one job causes you pain. We can't say whether this is connected to your arthritis only a medical person can do that.
I wonder if there's anything you can do to make the action easier for yourself? I was thinking if you have a lot of stapling to do and I presume you do as you've noticed that pain. Maybe you could put the papers inside with the stapler with one hand and press the stapler down with your whole forearm instead of doing that pincer movement?
Probably didn't describe that very well, but hope you can picture what I mean! Living with arthritis does make us inventive!
Take care
