Waiting Lists? how many/how long ? Excuses ?

Please any suggestions my healthboard and local outpatients had to be forced to give me Physio by an MSP after my year long campaign of nothing done and being totally disregarded No change!

Occupational therapy department whos help i urgently require to avoid a fall does nothing when i constantly ask for help and there are now mysteriously? waiting lists within waiting lists they certainly don't seem overstretched. I cannot keep asking MSP not an easy process for help.

How do you get the Health Authorities to be 1 Honest with true situation 2 Level "How long is a waiting list ? 3 What are the hidden criteria to get help? Why aren't they doing their well paid job efficiently and humanely like everyone else the taxpayer?
