how much time till pain ends after hip replacement

i have had a hip replacement at the start of December last year and done all the exercise that they told me too but I am still in quite some pain when walking and getting around is this normal or should i worry .... to be honest it doesn't feel like much has changed from before the op

    There is no given timetable for recovery but, if you are still in as much pain as before the op, I think you should contact the doc.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hi @Sullee

    I had my hip replaced in September. Whilst I clearly had the surgery to get over and I had groin pain until my tendons healed, I had no pain in the new hip from the moment the spinal anaesthetic wore off. At almost 6 months am 100% recovered.
