Welcome to the Versus Arthritis online community, and thank you for asking for our support.
You tell us that for several years you have been getting joint pain in your knees, lower back and more recently in your wrist/s and neck. You exercise and take (over the counter?) medication to control the pain, but it is gradually getting worse. You don't tell us if you have been to the GP with these symptoms and have a diagnosis - however in the light of worsening pain that might be worth considering?
This is the main page on our website about arthritis generally -
Arthritis is a symptom of many conditions, most commonly osteoarthritis, but the various causes of joint pain/inflammation have differing treatments and ways of dealing with them - getting a diagnosis is all important to control any progression of the condition.
Regular gentle exercise is always beneficial -
And eating good food also helps -
I hope this information is of help - please come back and let us know how you are getting on, and also contribute to our discussions more generally.
Very best wishes
