Hi
Hi, my name is Jan. Im very pleased to have found this group. I have been living with arthritis for many years. I refuse to give in to it. I already have one new hip and have had a bone removed from my thumb. My greatest frustration is the lack of mobility. Good to be among people who understand.

Hello @Janron and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have had arthritis for a number of years and have had a hip replaced and a thumb bone removed. Good to hear that you are not letting it defeat you. Our website has a lot of useful information and I would recommend having a look around it. To help I've put a couple of links in below which might be of interest.
In the meantime please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their experiences and support as well.
With very best wishes
Peter (moderator)
