Any shared experiences of methods members have found helpfull in dealing with Arthritis mine is Osteo and musculaskeletal. Eg Tip walk or go out daily 10am to 3 pm get maximum Vitamin D ( and very rained on also currently! ). Food suggestions please but i also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome to cope with. I find Full Greek yog Goats Milk Spinage Cougette Blueberries 2 Vit C fruit Herb teas Goats Cheese only Cheese suggestions?Fresh Chicken weekly and Mackeral Tuna tinned all i know ideas suggestions gratefull.
