Hello @Poll8800
Welcome to the online community and thank you for joining us. I hope that you will find this a friendly place to continue sharing with us all.
So you have recently been diagnosed after experiencing pain down your left hand side in your shoulder, hip and knee. You have had a x-ray and are waiting for the results but have been given painkillers in the mean time. You find that the pain gets you down, as well as feeling tired all the time, which is partly the reason why you have joined the community. You would like to chat to others like yourself to help keep upbeat and to keep going. You fins that walking helps but you also do some stretching exercises.
It sounds like you have a very positive attitude to all of the changes you have faced recently which such an admiral quality to have. I absolutely agree that by talking to others in a similar experience to yourself can help to stay upbeat but also help you when it begins to feel too much. Sounds like you have already found some coping strategies such as the walking and stretching. The tiredness can be a problem for a lot of us, and in my experience, is often the hardest symptom to explain to others and can also effect your mood too.
I've attached some information below that you may find of interest. The main Versus Arthritis website is full of wonderful information if you're ever stuck and of course, there is normally always someone around in the community.
