Greetings and salutaions
Finally got round to joining. A Scottish exile in Yorkshire, we both have arthritis and various other ailments, but our humour keeps us going. Some days are a tad more painful than others but we've found ways to deal with it.

Hello @Pipers and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you will find that as well.
I understand that you have arthritis but do not say how it affects you. Our website has a lot of useful information and a good search and I would recommend having a look around it. To help I've put a couple of links below, but you can search on a specific joint or medication.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their experience and support as well.
With very best wishes
