Hello everyone , I'm 57 and just found out I have arthritis in both my hands, has anyone heard of a herd from India that helps with the condition?

I've have started to take the India Franckinsence, but can't give ant feedback as of yet as I've not long started, but I will certainly keep you all informed...

Have you tried capsaicin cream, based on chilis and only available via GP, but seems to do me some good. Just be careful though when you've rubbed it on your hands to avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
