Rheumatoid Arthritis in lots of joints

Hello everyone my name is Geraldine but I'm known as Ged.

I was diagnosed with RA a few years ago. I have ra in a lot of joints.

My worst is my hands I have severe pain and swelling that is so bad I struggle with normal tasks.I'm hoping that someone may have some tips to help with the pain.

    Hi @Ged welcome to the Online Community.

    I understand that you have rheumatoid arthritis in many joints and experience the worst pain in your hands. Many people regularly use hand splints to help with everyday tasks and have warm/cold packs (wrapped in a tea towel) to help relieve pain.
