OA in sternoclavicular joint
started a PiP claim today. Am self employed cleaner. Finding it more and more difficult to work with the pain and limited movement as pain in joint plus collarbone and now shoulder pain after not being diagnosed for 6 months. Finally Had x rays, MRI scan, ultrasound 9 feb 2022. GP has given me Tramadol now as I am waking up with pain
what supporting evidence can I give with my claim

Welcome to the Online Community @helloandgoodbye I see you are self employed and due to Osteoarthritis in your Sternoclavicular joint as well as pain in your collarbone and now shoulder are struggling to work.
You are completing your application for Personal Independence Payment and wondering what evidence you need in support of your application. I will leave our members to tell you what they have used but I suggest you copy any recent Drs physiotherapy reports or letters. The Government's website lists some suggestions:
