Hi everyone iv just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and omg the pain is unbearable 😫 has anyone got any tips on getting comfortable to sleep?

Hi @Louise82 welcome to the Community. I see you are newly diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I hope you have started or are about to start treatment for your condition. All being well the medication should help get things under control. Most of our members with inflammatory arthritis are on these as well as pain relief:

Sleeping can be a real problem when you are in pain and possibly your mind is still whirring absorbing all that is happening.
