I've joined this site as I am feeling much worse recently with joint pain in many joints plus muscle weakness and pain.

Welcome to the online community. I hope you find support and encouragement from the friendly members here - all our members have experienced arthritis and can understand the joint pain you are experiencing. I see that your pain and muscle weakness is increasing, so it might be appropriate to check with your GP or Consultant whether your medication needs a review. They also may be able to refer you to a Pain clinic where options including medication and physiotherapy are considered.
