My first step to support.
Good morning all,
Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Elaine I'm 47 and mum of 2 grown up girls. I have OA in my neck, knees, ankles and I think it's starting in my lower back as that flares the same way and same time as my other joints. I have worked from age 17 to age 41 as a carer and I do wonder if this has contributed to the OA. I have fibromyalgia and M.E aswell and raynauds, is raynauds linked to arthritis? I am unable to work so stuck at home 24/7 I no longer go out to town at weekends shopping with the hubby. I stay in, the payback is too much.
Thank you for being there for me and many others. ❤

Welcome to the forum, @Lainebee . We offer a safe and supportive environment in which you can exchange experienced with others similarly effected.
I understand that you have OA in the neck, knees and ankles and you suspect that it is developing in your lower back. You also have Fibromyalgia, ME and Raynouds. Here are some links to our website that may improve your understanding:
Let us know how you get on.
