Hi all. I’m a new member
Just been confirmed by X-ray that my hip problems and pain are due to osteoarthritis. I’m 74 and realise that old age doesn’t come on its own!! So thought I’d register to find out all I can about management and how to help myself. Walking, which I love, aggravates the pain so I’m struggling at the moment to pace myself and know when to push exercise and when to rest! I am awaiting referral to a physiotherapist and know I will learn a lot from them.
