Hi, thank you for adding me, I’m 59 years old and struggling with arthritis in my hips and wrists
i don’t like to take too many pain killers as I need to work
any tips would help

I'm not sure of what tips you would like, can you be a bit more specific? The web site has a number of articles on useful hints and tips that are worth reading and we have a good collection here:

Mints I have used heat patches when I needed to be out and about/drive the ones you buy in supermarkets or the chemist. You could probably stick one on your hip easy enough. They do them for knees not sure about wrists, but splints can sometimes support your wrists again the chemist might be an idea.
It's not easy when you have to work or drive with some meds is it?
