Kee replacement
Hi thank you for letting me join I have been suffering with my knee for some years git so feed up with my doctor I whent private to find out how bad it was ,I wS told I was way past any other treatments and I need a full knee replacement, he is going to put me on the nhs waiting list but I need to lose some weight for the operation, any suggestions please!! I am so annoyed that my gp didn't act some time ago

You have had arthritis in your knee for several years and are now due to have a total knee replacement. You’re on the waiting list and have been told to lose some weight before the surgery and you’d like some ideas about how to go about it.
