Hello
Hi
I am
new to the arthritis online community and wish to introduce myself. I am 57 and have been living with osteoarthritis for around 17 years, being diagnosed in my early 40 s . Since then I have had two knee replacements and been diagnosed with Sjögren syndrome. Recently I have been suffering with additional pain , slower mobility and fatigue. The rheumatologist is thinking that I may have fibromyalgia. My question is does anyone suffer with fibromyalgia and have any information and advice with how to help the symptoms and lead a healthy lifestyle with continued pain and fatigue
support much appreciated

Hi @Karenbarnes welcome to the Online Community.
I understand you have had osteoarthritis for quite a long time and have had a diagnosis of Sjögren syndrome. This has also included surgery for 2 knee replacements and you are now being worn down with increased pain.
There is now a suspicion that you may also have fibromyalgia. Our web site contains some good information that you may find helpful:
You may also like to read Jess' story: "What's it like living with fibromyalgia?"
There is also advice on managing fatigue: this suggests some strategies you might like to try that will help with coping with being worn out and move towards a healthier outlook.
Do join in across the Community, give support and advice and call in for a chat to say how you are getting on. Yopu will be most welcome.
All best wishes
Brynmor
