Hello! I'm Flo, 24, and am newly diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis caused by having Covid. I quickly went from just having pain in my right knee to 8 weeks later, having pain in almost every joint so I have found it difficult to change my lifestyle and adapt so quickly. I really look forward to hearing other people's journeys and learning from others too! Thanks

 I see that you are recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and that your pain has spread rapidly. This has, understandably, caused changes to your lifestyle.
