So we'll over two years ago, docs told me I've got a bad arthritis in my left knee, so up to now the docs are throwing drugs at me, non on these work unfortunately, last April I at last got a letter to get an appointment with muscle skeleton people, but nearly a year later due to covid,I still haven't seen any one,and my arthritis is getting lots worse and my knee gives way.

Hello @Paul1960 and welcome to the community - we are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you find that as well.

I understand that you have arthritis in your left knee but non of the medications seem to be working. It is difficult waiting for referrals but I can only suggest that you keep on at your GP as to when it is going to be. In the meantime have a look around our website as it contains some useful information which may be of help, I've put a couple of links below as a starter.

Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their support and experiences as well

    With very best wishes

    Hi Paul1960

I am sorry to hear that you are still in so much pain, it must be very frustrating for you. All I can suggest is what Peter advised, is to get in touch with your Doctor again, especially about getting some decent pain relief.

Is it worth looking at the exercises section on here? Perhaps if/when the pain allows a little more movement.

Try and keep positive ( I know it can be hard ) but you are not alone with this.

    Take care.
