Hello @FatimaG and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you will find that as well.

I understand that you were diagnosed in January and looking at ways to manage the pain. You do not say how arthritis is affecting you, e.g. in which joints, which is of course up to you as what to share.
