Hello everyone. Past few days my pain in my hips hasn’t been too bad, manageable. Saturday though was terrible. Does anyone else get pain going down the front of there legs ?

    Hi @Margaret40

    I had pain in the front of my leg and sore swollen knees before I had my hip replacement . I gather it is deferred pain which comes and goes. Now I don't get very much pain at all, only twinges if I do too much or walk too far. The only thing to do is rest your leg when it gets too bad. Has your GP suggested painkillers ? I managed with paracetamol but there are loads of others which might help.
