Right knee pain

Hi how do u know when to rest and to keep going and how long to rest for and walk for . I am still trying to find the balance with my rest and walking around

    Hi @Clairebear1986 Welcome to the Versus Arthritis Online Community. I see from your post you have right knee pain and are struggling t work out how much to move and how much to rest.

    First of all I wonder whether you have seen a physiotherapist about your knee. These days we can often self-refer to physiotherapy and it might give you a good place to start.
