Hello @Rennatisawesome
My arthritis is inflammatory so my knees flare up and down and will continue to do that until they need surgery, but pain is still pain isn't it?
When they are sore I do a variety of things. Sometimes a warm wheatbag helps (the kind you microwave) sometimes an ice pack in a teatowel is better. I also have some tubigrip which I use rarely if I am in real trouble and make sure I walk every day even if it's not far.
I have also got through more than one tens machine over the years and do the stretches and exercises on this site.
I am sure some of the people in those links from Ellen might be happy to talk to you about their experiences too and if you've got any tips for us please do share them.
Take care
Toni xx
