Hello
Hi I'm Denise and suffer with Osteoarthritis and Reynauds syndrome. I haven't had a formal diagnosis with blood tests etc but through my Acupuncturist. The arthritis mostly affects my hands which is annoying as I still work and love crafting (particularly crochet).
Does anyone have a particular diet that they follow or foods they avoid. I believe it's a myth that you should avoid oranges but would love to hear your thoughts 🌻

Hi @DeniseM
Welcome to the online community great to see you posting.
You ask about diet for Ostoarthritis and Reynauds syndrome, its mostly your hands that affected with the osteoarthritis.
It would be good if you were formaly diagnosed from a GP or specialist in arthritis as you would have access to people who could help you through your pain and symptoms.
Here are a few links that may help.
Hope these links help in some way. Please let us know how you get on and do try our forums it often helps to talk to others.
All the best Christine
