Hi louanne.
On here we do support each other all the time, we're all in pain and mostly over 35. I hope we are a friendly lot and, in my years here, I've made two or three genuine friendships though it's hard to sustain them if they're only online.
We have lots of info on coping with pain. Just have a look round the forums and join in wherever you wish. My favourite methods for relieving pain are distraction, exercise and laughter. How about you?
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
