Weight gain pscorotic arthritis
OK so I've gain 4 half stone since getting this condition I eat healthy and dint eat much due to my meds. I'm on methotrexate, pain killers and still having steriod injections every 6 weeks. My arms legs so big with inflammation. Please help any advice I'm grateful. I'm not very mobile at all due to the condition and waiting an operation on my spine.

My heart goes out to you Vicky. It's difficult. Steroids will cause weight gain, sadly, although they do help with inflammation and pain. Even if you manage a few sitting exercises that can help. Stretching, wiggling your feet etc. I do sitting exercises every day. If you can get advice from your nurse-practioner, they are always getter than even the specialists. Try some mindfulness as that can help. At least now we are heading for spring with colourful flowers to think about and admire.
Hopefully when you come off the steroids your weight will come down a bit.
Good luck
