Waiting diagnoses

Hello new to all this, I think I have arthritis coming in my hands it's so painful at times particularly in both my index fingers, hoping once I know this group will be a great support network

You say that you are new to all this and think you have arthrtitis coming in your hands as they are so painful at times particularly in your index finger so are looking for support from the forum.

Have you actually been to the GP to be given a diagnosis? it would be good to do this so you can get the help you need.Here a few links that may help.
