Hello

I have been diagnosed with multi site Osteoarthritis and I am in so much pain at the moment. Mainly in my shoulder, elbows, wrists and fingers. I would welcome any advice any of you offer to try to ease the pain.

I understand that you have osteoarthritis in many of your joints, particularly in your shoulder, elbows, wrists and fingers. I understand also that you are looking for advice on easing the pain.
