No diagnosis

Hi, I’ve joined today, hoping to find out how to get a diagnosis, I have been going to my GP with pain in my hip, only to be given physio appointments, which have mostly been on phone or email, they have not helped me. Recently I have been in pain with my right shoulder and knee. Am going to try and get GP appointment this week in the hope that I will be listened to, as this is affecting my sleep , when I wake up I am stiff and sore and now have tingling in my ankles. Does anyone else have these symptoms?
