Glad to find you all hello 👋
I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, knees (right is worse) , shoulders and toes. I have gone from digging my garden to relying on a stick short distance or my 3 wheel walker. So I am still trying to come terms with it and finding other ways to do things that don't hurt. I will be honest the only thing keeping me going as I have other health issues is my faith in God and going to my church.
Don't worry I don't try preaching or trying to convert anyone as faith is a personal journey and not everyone is on that path, I just like to be honest.

Hi @1tanis2007 welcome to the Online Community.
I understand you have a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis that has severely limited your mobility and has stopped you doing many activities that you enjoy. This has naturally been a huge shock and it is difficult to now change to take account of the limitations.
We have some good information on helping you with emotional well being and improving the quality of life that is so important to us all. Do keep on with things that you enjoy as much as you are able as well as trying out new things. Here are a couple of links to help:
... and we have a short list of links to other conversations in the Online Community about interests and hobbies:
Do join in across the Community. Ask questions, give support and don't forget to call in for a chat to say how you are getting on. You will be most welcome.
All best wishes
