Like everyone was shocked but it was November 2021 have got used to it now and trying to be happy. I was in a depression at one point being the winter months didn't help either. Now I just think I have got no choice but to make the best of everyday. I go to the sauna which really helps ..Have a lovely day all....

Thank you for your kind wishes @Joon my day has been good so far I do hope yours has too.

It is a huge shock being diagnosed I have to agree, but your attitude; making the best of every day, will really help. I am glad the sauna helps you too.

Feeling low in your mood with this condition is understandable too.

I think this information can be really helpful for newly diagnosed people:

    Best wishes

    Ellen.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I am getting used to it now but it was a shock at the time . I have lovely friends who support me and I support them too with their Lupus and Fybro. Days are different for me now mentally, as sometimes I have a mood come over me and feel tearful and don't want to go out. It then lifts the next day then I am off out again. Not sure if it's the medication as I have never had this in my life. Wishing you all a lovely day keep smiling as best you can I know it's not easy but I feel now there is nothing I can do to change this but myself x Have a good day..
