Newly diagnosed osteoarthritis
👋 Hi, I just wanted to say hello, I’ve been diagnosed recently - post viral infection that has caused really painful hip and knee pain. I’ve also have a frozen shoulder which has been injected for pain relief and has improved with movement since this time last year but not fully back to normal, my hip and knee pain keeps me awake at night and I have tried so many medications but nothing seems to help 😢
Any info on controlling pain or movement would be appreciated
