Hi everyone
Hi, I’m at my wits end, I’ve had osteoarthritis for over ten years, initially only affecting my shoulder. However it is now in most of my joints, both hips and spine. It is increasingly difficult to function, I am very limited as to how far I can walk because of the pain. can’t even remember the last time I slept for a whole night.
I also have fibromyalgia, which is flaring at the moment ,
any suggestions?

Hi @Katychops welcome to the Online Community.
I understand you have osteoarthritis and pain is now affecting your mobility and sleeping. Additionally, fibromyalgia is affecting you. The first point of support is to talk to your GP about pain management and to review any prescribed medication to see if this can help.
Our web site has good information on general advice for those with osteoarthritis:
and
There is also a good section on exercise when possible to help the body manage painful joints, although it does sound as though you need to be gentle with yourself and just do what is manageable at this time.
Do join in across the Community and do say how you are getting on. You will be most welcome.
All best wishes
Brynmor
