I have osteoarthritis in my neck,feet and hands, had for over 10 years and managed flare ups with ibuprofen and paracetamol, this time things are not easing so I need something stronger which won't make me feel woozy and unable to do my job in accounts as I need to concentrate, any ideas please, I have just had MRI on neck to see of that's making hands worse

I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your neck, feet and hands and looking for new medication as the current ones are not effective enough.
