Medication
I have osteoarthritis in my neck, feet and hands, had for over 10 years and managed flare ups with ibuprofen and paracetamol, this time things are not easing so I need something stronger which won't make me feel woozy and unable to do my job in accounts as I need to concentrate, any ideas please, I have just had MRI on neck to see of that's making hands worse

Hello @Julien and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your neck, feet and hands and looking for new medication as the current ones are not effective enough. This of course can only be prescribed by your GP or consultant but have a look through the following from our website which hopefully will help you have a better discussion with the medical folk.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you to share their thoughts and experiences as well
With very best wishes
Peter

I have recently had increased pain and Diclofenac has helped more than ibuprofen
