Hello - I have depression

Arthritis is making my depression worse than ever, and it causesing problems at work. I work in a cold warehouse which doesn't help. Im really feed up and my cars broken down as well I can't take much more

I understand you have arthritis in a number of joints. The pain and having to cope is really wearing and this is naturally causing depression.
