On naproxean but makes me really tired so can't take till I get home from work really struggling to work as feet so painful and swollen, any advice what else I can take for some realive till I can take my naproxean? Please, I do try and sit down when I can at work many thanks I have arthritis in my back hands wrist fingers feet and toes big toes are the worst any advice appreciated

You do not say so, but I deduce from what you say that you have Osteo Arthritis. You are having trouble with pain medication, Naproxen leaving you so weary that you delay taking until return from work.
