RA
I have had RA since I was 36 and I still struggle with the amount of pain I have.
I use pain patches and those hot stick on patches. I have 2 grown up daughters.
I amnow 74 and I am still carrying on as you have to live with it or you can
get very depressed. I have had elbow replcement and bones removed from
my feet. ( big problem walking even after the operation) makes me wish I never had it
done. I still cook, clear, bake and try to do gardening. I am the point where I
have accepted my lot in life. But life is for living so my idea is get on with it.
