hi I have spinal stenosis for which I’ve had an unsuccessful operation, and which has left me worse off with being unable to stand for any length of time. I also have osteoarthritis in both knees. I have been advised that I am on the waiting list for knee surgery but it will be a while off. These past few months the pain has been unbearable, I feel so useless even the simplest task is a marathon. I am looking forward to sharing our experiences, good, bad, etc on the forum.
