How to cope with pain of fibromyalgia

Hi I'm not long joined ,recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia looking advice on ways to manage pain.im on strong tablets as I have bones fused in spine bit struggling to cope with fibromyalgia .any tips and advice would be welcome .Thank-you.
